- Special Medium Masala Papad made up of dough prepared with urad daal seasoned with salt, black pepper in medium quantity, hing, jeera, and masalas traditionally rolled out by hand.
- Papad is undoubtedly one of the most loved accompaniments in an Indian meal. Providing not just crunch, but also a burst of flavour to the plate.

- Papads are typically served as an accompaniment to a meal in India.

How to store papad:
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Always tie the rest packet with a rubber band or in airtight containers for at least one year.

Medium Masala Papad Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 1 tsp green chutney
- 1 tsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp sev
- 1 tbsp curd
- pinch chaat masala
- 1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped).

How to Make Masala Papad Chaat

Firstly, take fried or roasted papad on a plate.

Garnish with 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1 tsp green chutney and 1 tsp tamarind chutney.

Also top with 2 tbsp sev, 1 tbsp curd, pinch chaat masala, pinch chilli powder and 1 tbsp coriander.

Finally, enjoy medium masala papad chaat with evening tea.
